No limit on numbers is there Richard? Have you given them any hint as to how many are coming? Guess if we have space for 15, that would be great. 14 cars and the gazebo, assuming I get it back from Painterman by then...

Gord yup there is a limit on numbers on the stand - I have booked for 15 but if the show is oversubscribed they have warned me that they may allocate space only for those who have booked

I don't think this will happen and in any event they always leave plenty of space for ad hoc entries

This is why I am keen to have peeps book early
and ensure that e30 zone is put on on the entry form

The story re prebooking is this -

We have reserved a stand for 15 cars.The organisers are happy to do this even if we don't have 15 prebookings unless they are short of space for club stands in which case they have reserved the right to reduce the space to the number of cars prebooked

Certainly all cars that turn up before 11am on the day will get in - that's not a problem - and can park off in the huge general show area

I am encouraging prebooking to ensure that we all be together on the day on our Zone stand
