My E30 just had the drive of its life....

hmmm.... my other half had the morning off so we decided to have a run in the car..

going from Grasmere to the north east to fetch a car. did the rac autoroute from la229ta to dh8 9nn...... looked easy, 70miles, all "A" roads, no probs... little did i know...

Went from the south lakes, up to penrith... across the mountains at ridiculous altitudes, sharp bends, hills and humps all the way and a couple of suprise hairpins for good measure! (I mean proper hairpins) to county durham/northumberland border.

I know there arent many people from the north west but if any of the north easters dont know what to do at 8 in the morning, then its a fun drive as long as you dont mind only having the sheep for company

Hmmm.... I assume by "jackson" u mean a fiver?.... er i think not... I think it does look a bit daft... was like that when i bought it, but I know the lip is worth more than a Fiver as two other zoners have already asked me for it!

To be honest I cant be bothered taking it off, and besides, the other half would give me a beating if i did!
