right folks problem is went to the 5 the other day and the alarm didnt work of the remote so i opened it with the key alarm went off didnt sound just indicators flashing and now the central locking dont work(cant open back doors) and i cant open sunroof/windows, the alarm works sort of it, flashes to say its armed and the immobiliser kicks in . thanks for any help as the 5forum were as much use as a chocolate teapot oh and its a 2 button alarm red n grey
had so far e30, e34, e30, e39

Has it got a OEM siren fitted in the engine bay with the key to switch it off?

no it hasnt got the key bit but it is a genuine Bm as ive got the booklet
had so far e30, e34, e30, e39

Duff battery in the fob? If it were me id rip the alarm out, your better off locking with the key as it deadlocks the car and is more secure. Sounds like the car is stuck in lock-mode as the windows wont open, rear doors stuck on deadlock is a common problem
