Well I must be the unlucky one then. Waited over 2 months now for some mirrors I bought and paid for straight away via balance transfer. Was initially told they were sent, but then transpires they were not. Then given tracking numbers that never worked, then told they had been sent to number 19 when I lived at number 9 (19 in our close doesn't exist). Finally promised a refund that has not materialised. I've been patient and courteous all along, now I just feel like I've been ripped off. Not something I expected from a forum member.
