MOT and brake service - SE London

Hi.

My MOT is due for renewal in the coming weeks, but having got it done at a kwik fit last year and getting a couple of advisories re; my brakes I'd ideally like to get them looked at prior to carrying out and the next MOT. However, I'd prefer to get it done at an independent garage, but having never got work done around here I'm at a loss as to where.

The car isn't currently taxed, as I'm looking to get this after the MOT, so would like to know if anyone knew of somewhere in south east London that would do both?

I'm around the Blackheath area, so as close to here as possible would be preferable.

Hi,
The nearest independent is in Bexleyheath you have a choice of D&T Wise or Bexley Motor Works. Sorry i do not have my telephone book with me but they will be in the local yellow pages.
Alternatively if it is just brakes and MOT Nicholas Motors in Church Road, Welling are fair.
