Gearbox> PLS HELP

I have been looking into gearboxes for my swap.

I would like a six speed for the cruising etc, I have found a relatively decent priced one off an E60 520 Diesel. Would this stand up to the abuse of an s54?

If not which gearbox would u guys advise?

Yes it will,. those boxes handle the V10 so a S54 is no bother.

Sweet, thats what i wanted to hear. Will one fit in the e30 g/box tunnel?

I have never fitted a g/box or clutch. Can anyone give me a few tips?
If i get one of these boxes what bits will i need with it to fit to the S54?

And what ratio diff is advisable?

OK!!! So im probably gonna go for the e60 520D 6 speed gearbox...

The guy is giving me the flywheel, mastercylinder, clutch and maybe even starter motor(cause I dont know whether ill need it yet)

This cars have dual mass flywheels which im told are a burden to an engine like the s54 and a lightened one is what i should be looking for?

If someone could advise me as to the best parts to use for my combo id appreciate it
What clutch etc & part number if poss
