What's happening with iS prices?

A little while ago it seemed they were in great demand, now there appears to be loads going for next to no cash. I really want an E30 M3 but not sure I could stump up the extra cash if the iS is bargain basement. It did endear itself to me a lot the other day when I found 7,000rpm a few times, but S14 power will be hard to resist.
