Rear demister switch mod

Im trying to swap my zone modded rear demister switch from one car to another and need to take out the wire that joins the switch to the hazard light switch. How can I pull those little wires out that terminate in a crimped sprung clip thing?

watchmakers screwdriver down front of connector to bend the tag in slighty whilst pulling the wire from other side,
