usally retail at Ԛ£300+ each
for the time bein im using a unichip with maf and unichip boost module.
fozzy did you use metric blues or arp????

TONS OF LAG-TONS OF POWER

Stop offering me bigger turbos please
I'm currently going thorugh which bolts to use, I've found some in the states, the metric blues but...... (Y is there always a BUT

)
I went to a well known race company today and they suggested a stud conversion

, I know the guy is talking sense, but I doubt I can afford the work he's going on about, so I guess I'll just go for 12.9 grade head bolts, either ARP or Metric, just not bought any yet. I'm still running everything stock in the engine for now, just starting to put together the bits for stage 2. So far I almost died at the cost of a uprated head gasket, so may just use the 12.9's and stay under 8 psi till I get a uprated gasket.
I need to get some soon as this weekend I'm swapping heads and I don't want to be swapping head studs/gaskets again soon if I can help it.
Whats the A/R on that turbo then?
Mines slightly bigger than a T3, runs a GT series based hybrid setup with a T3 flange, the only way I'll know what the specs are is by taking that apart and again I can't be stripping that down just to find out, having far too much fun at the mo

From what I've been told my turbo will handle 16psi all day so that's more than I plan to use for a while, aiming for a fast and reliable 8-10 psi.
I have a internal wastegate and as far as I can see I just don't have the room with my manifold to have an external one. Maybe if I buy one of those pre-made manifolds I can, but the custom one takes up too much room.
It will be good to see how the unichip fares with all that extra information to use/sort etc, I run MS and it's really very clever, easy to use and has sooooo many functions, like traction control, if I ever get round to mapping that part that is.
Keep us posted on the project, so nice to see other future boosted e30's
