10J .. blimey! That could be a tight one, M3 has much wider arches so I suppose it will be OK, sorry I can't be much help!

should be fine with small enough tyres, front's might be the closest call, and may need a little trimming or rolling.

I'll probably go 205/40 on the front and 215/40 on the back.

10 J with a 215/40 ..............
thats pushing it. i'd be looking at 235 40 on the 10J , that will give a mild stretch
i've run that staggered set up et 13 and et 20 with 215 40's and 245 35's
rear arches needed a roll.
if you do use 205 40's on the front you should be ok, same applies to 235 40's on the back.
