Can anyone say if there was a 'correct' position for these two switches to be in. I have seen them all over that panel and was wondering, from left to right if they should go hazard, rear demist, roof(cab)/wiper(touring), blank - or the other way round or what? Any ideas?

Thanks

Right to left should be hazard, rear window demist, touring rear wash/wipe according to the handbook, but that shows LH drive.

Thanks brian I had a look in there afterwards, wasn't thinking when I wrote this, I just arranged them in the order they were shown moving away from the OBC, the same regardless of left or right hand drive I guessed. Thanks a lot also for my other problem with the glove box light, for some reason in all my manuals fuse 4 is for the indicators or something, fuse 21 for all the interior lights. Turned out as it is a late car to be fuse 4, don't know why it doesn't mention that in the manual though! So thanks a lot for that, really helped out.

Also, do you know the easiest way to remove the wires from the back of the hazard switch connector blocks, the ones that terminate in those little crimped clips?

many thanks again
