Love this! It's got such retro charm...It is a little extreme though, but it puts a smile on your face :P

CB sounds like a good idea!

I thought it was an E21 at first, it looks too early '80s to be an E30!

I agree!

E30's were expensive cars when new so "modders" in the early 80's would have been molesting E21's and E12 with this tat.

Does anyone remember Wayne's Henna red E12 in the TV program Auf wiedersehen pet?

1 regular seat and 1 recaro on the drivers side (same clothing offcourse) you could actually order a single recaro seat back in 84 at bmw ;)

Oh and if your trying to go for an '84 "look" then smoked rear lights and DTM wipers were more late 80's early 90's.

You should have learnt by now not to pic holes in my posts simon sausage.

How many times have i brought old car mags to the Ace cafe meets?

Besides, cars especially expensive generally dont get molested untill their a few years old.

Brand new E30's were generally bought new by more afluent types.

To cap it off, ive been into cars since i could talk!

Ha ha barking up the wrong tree there.

The look of the car isn't really my cup of tea. Quite like the rear window blind though.

Does need a bit of a decking IMO. Nothing stupid but 40mm would be

iirc back in the day the mod of choice for rear lights was horizontal coach stripes.

I kind of like the car in a way it reminds me of all the modded mk3 xr3i's knocking around when I was a kid.

Not a fan of the front lights. Reminded me of a e21 as well. I seen a touring a few weeks ago with those rear louvres when I was back in Holland.
