Im after an e46 as a daily, advice needed please.

ok guys due to the problems im having with the moredoor I really need a newer car and I quite like the e46, i dont want to go over 4k and im gonna go for a 2 door

can you tell me what you think of these 2 motors and give us some advice on what is best to go for, your help is much appreciated.

I really would not bother with an E46 the build quality is shocking my sister has one and the part of the body that the diff bolts to is crumbling away and cracking.

really. I was reading a lot of reviews on parkers and there seemed to be more plus points than minus points from owners. What would you suggest instead pac?
