you would probably need a whole solar power station to power a welder on solar

Got the wheels for £97 inc delivery. The Subaru Impreza wheels are mint and are wrapped in Bridgestone potenza RE71's wrapped in 205/55/15. Just need the tyres. Not one spec on the wheels.
That white mark is the label.

Thanks Ollie for the rare leather non ergonomic gear knob

Nice rot free, straigh cab wing

Mo I've got a pair of E34 gaitors in beige, they probably don't fit an E30 but do you want me too mock them up in place on my car, so you can see if you like the idea of beige gaitors?
Nice deal with them tyres btw, you'll get some money back on the rims I would have thought...

Why's that? Surely there a good thing, to fail either a vital part of your car is not working as it should, or it's a rotten sh1tter.mabz wrote:bloody mot's!!!
Mo I hope your getting a free re-test? Otherwise why didn't you think to check over the car?

Alot of other countries dont have mot's, like australia and there doesnt seem to be many car related incidents! Mot's can be a bloody nightmare, but I do see why you say there a good thing!Ollie_bwoii wrote:Why's that? I dont think its rotten but its going straight in the bin. Does not fit and some pikey screwed in in.
I have to wait till the end of July to get the left hand side resprayed
The more I look the more it needs a full respray but its too much money.

Got the wing off. I've been poking it with a screw driver and its all solid. Just grinding down the surface rust with a drill and wire wheel and then putting some Bilt Hamber rust converter.
When I've finished do I clean the area, spray anti rust primer, then satin black? Should I put some under seal on top again?

Nearly finished, just a few bits and bobs. Still need to do the tappets and fuel filter. Driven about 200 miles in it. Left hand side was resprayed. Excellent job and hit my wallet very hard. Paint looked better then the orange peel ridden new BMW's in the dealer.
Its very dirty

Looks like a nice paint finish,
but they could have been a bit more thorough with the masking, and not got overspray in all the arches.
Plus is that dirt or a weird masking line on the inside arch lip on the back? And actually just noticed what's going on with the arch line in the second to last photo?

Sorry thats dust and polish. Haven't cleaned it yet. No over spray here. Top quality job.
It was the left side that was painted.
