I fitted mine the other night using some fairy liquid and they went in no probs. Took the car out a wee test drive and there is definately a noticeable difference. Back end feels much tighter.
Taylor.
Taylor.

Think my bushes must be f*cked as I had the same problem as Robbs. 1st one in each side no bother, 2nd one 2/3 way in and will not budge. Filed, honed, jacked, swore, hammered, wiggled, fairy liquid, filed some more, hammered some more - no joy.
I eventually gave up and left the job half done... maybe it'll make a slight improvement. Bushing replacement in the near future methinks.
Never mind.

In that case id have removed the ones that went in easy and fitted the opposite side first, you can also get a lot of dirt built up inside the bush if theyve been fitted to the car for a few years, worth having a poke around with a small screwdriver

Apologies for being dumb - I'm a bit out of touch, but what do these do, how easy are they to fit and how much £?

Back behind an M20, but now I can hear it better.
