Superb ! Marshals are able to camp on the Friday night or it would be appreciated if they can get there first thing Saturday morning. Any help on the day will be very much appreciated !

Remember folks, the proceeds from the show are hopefully going to pay the Zone hosting fees for one year and the profits thereafter are going to the Rowans Hospice (They looked after Monsport (Malcolm Oneil) when he was terminally ill).

Not a problem, the tickets are per person, not per car. So park up the excess in the carpark and we can 'negotiate' it over the evening.

Its a 'first' type question but I am sure we can do a 'work around'.

Marshals will be helping in the early part of the day getting the cars parked up, directing clubs to one area and individuals to another. Shouldnt really need Marshal's involvement much past 11 on each day.

Secondly, do we have a volunteer to arrange a Zone stand, say 15 cars maximum. Reason for only 15 is that we do not want to make the German Show a too bigger Zone prescence.

Any volunteers????? Gazebo will be provided.

There are other clubs coming with 40+ cars so 15 was totally wrong.

Nobody (who turns up in a German car!) will be stuck in a car park, whether anyone organises a stand or not. There will be plenty of individual cars too, and I expect the more random selection of individual cars will actually be more interesting than where all of the same cars are sat together!

In my opinion, a stand at a show shouldn't just be 40 random E30s in a row. I really hope that whoever steps up to organise the zone stand will put a little bit of effort into it!

& there doesn't have to be only one display either. If someone wanted to get one of each of the M3s together, or a selection of Alpinas, or all the bronzit 4-doors autos, or all the fragmeisters could lay out an entire E30s worth of component parts, or....
