try disengaging the motor when the horseshoe is up and reattaching with the roof in a vertical position then restarting

We have to lift the horseshoe up then reengage the motor whilst still up and also reengage the hood motor whilst the rear of the roof is up then the only movment is horse shoe down and lock then roof drop to finished position, we've tried re engaging the motors at several different stages of the sequence but this is the only stage we get any power, and that's only the up motion, we get nothing in down motion at all, I'm sure it's something really simple!
