Maxxtune messed up when they sent out my new shocks a little while ago, I didn't notice at first as I wasn't going to be putting them on the car for a while.
When I got round to it 6 weeks after purchase I noticed they had sent the wrong shocks.
I immediately checked the terms and conditions - as I feared returns within a month for items that are not faulty. (whether you could argue the toss as they'd got it wrong I don't kno - I had signed for them etc... and it would have been a pain with a lot of back and forth).
No need to worry - I contacted them via e-mail, they immediately agreed for me to return them and have them replaced. What's more - because I was so slack it took me a month the return them - still no worries - they contacted me after they had arrived and confirmed replacements were on the way.
Just thought I'd share as I was (and still am) well chuffed with the service.
Cheers
