Info for 2010 seems sketchy at the mo, called the organisers for last year, hopefully they're the same ones. Even the HPOM website is still for last years show (including the application form)
Will sort 15 places if they call me back, 30 was just a 'p' take last year, we just couldn't fill it.

Finally heard back from last year's organisers of the pageant...
THE SHOW IS NOT ON THIS YEAR
It will however be back next year. This explains why I've been struggling to find any info on this years show, why all the websites are still advertising last years show etc...

Event Description: In it's 7th year this is a very relaxed and informal beer festival gathering of classic cars, sportscars, bikes and anything of interest that people are prepared to bring along from noon onwards on Bank holiday Sunday! Entry and parking is FREE come and go as you please and there will be loads to do including fairground attractions and stalls, laser clays 24 real ales,BBQ etc etc And all in the pituresque hilltop village of Brill Between Thame And Bicester
Car Type: All classics Number of Cars Attending: 100+ but room for more!
Times: 12.00 noon - late Location: Brill Between Bicester and Thame Area: Buckinghamshire
Organisation: Brill sports and social club

A nice drive would be good if that's what the multitude fancy.
Not done Knebworth for years, used to be a regular for the Hot Rod and Custom Car show. Nice location if the same one they used to use at Knebworth house. Brill could be good too, but starting to get bored with the M3 and the M25...
