Dezzy mate, here you go.. I tried the 1 series wheel on.
Basically it didn't fit BUT it has a large (10mm ish) step where the caliper was trying to sit (reducing the I/D by 20mm), which also would be 20mm further out with the correct offset..

So I would say, a 16" with a 'correct' shape behind the spokes would fit over M3 calipers

Thanks mate. Is that 20mm on 1 series wheels then as that would be about right for my wheels.
So that's E36 M3 discs and calipers that bolt straight to my E30M3 legs?

Calipers bolt straight on..
Discs will with a spacer behind them.. 12.7mm iirc, but would have to check that. Or you can run a custom hub and rotor..

Looks brand new that. It's a nice touch with a leather gaitor as well. I wouldn't be without one in my car.Dezzy wrote:Finally got some mig gas and finished modding manifolds and frontpipes.

I am putting that job off.

I had completely leather bits on mine gear gaitor, gearknob, handbrake gaitor and sleeve.
I didn't like how the E36 handbrake sleeve fitted with the gaitor so got rid of it, but I will get an E34 one at some point.

I know bruv they weren't the best looking but do sound good. They have been in a few now so I am fond of them.
It will have sounddeading fitted when they go in properly.
Leave my speakers alone anyway they are black to match the shelf.
