If my car has been left for a while I get a cloud of blue smoke when I start it. It doesn't smoke when I'm driving or if I start it a short while after switching it off.

Any ideas?

Head gasket????? :? Don't think so. This is just valve stem oil seals.

Although head off to do it, you're in for a head gasket anyway.
