Just a complete mess

I have recently bought a sport 91 plate, and there are just wires coming from where a headunit should be! Ive tracked all of the speaker wires but there is definatly NOT a power earth or remote cable, can someone tell me my options, do i need to make my own and if so what shall i connect these 3 wires im in need of to?
