Can the mods help to rally members together to put some pressure on him?

He always states he is in Northampton but is in fact residing in daventry (or was)
I have spoken to one or two people that have bought stuff from him and collected it and the description matches perfectly.

if I remember correctly this is one of the reasons he threatened to get his lawyer involved last time.. the mods or admin on the zone cant be seen to condone this nor can it be spoken about on the forum.. but what happens within a pm ....E30Sleeper wrote:Can the mods help to really members together to put some pressure on him?

I'm not sure that would hold much water these days with a second claim against him in near identical circumstances.jbh wrote:if I remember correctly this is one of the reasons he threatened to get his lawyer involved last time.. the mods or admin on the zone cant be seen to condone this nor can it be spoken about on the forum.. but what happens within a pm ....E30Sleeper wrote:Can the mods help to really members together to put some pressure on him?
PM facility has been removed for his account btw. I'm just trying to see if I can set up a usergroup that will only allow him to see set sections of the board.

Was this a full kit inc the rear bumper and front apron etc...?
If so i think you will find that IF he could find anyone to ship it it would cost probably in excess of £300!
I sent just the side skirts, and side pods to a fella in the States and that cost £90 and i couldn't find anyone to take the rest of it due the the physical size.
There is no way he has ever sent it of that you can be certain!!

he ripped me off too nearly a month back now silly me seeing his trader status allowed hin to send a courier for a full wiring loom while waiting for the payment.
i know that is my only stupid fault luckily it didnt owe me anything and he paid for the postage but its very annoying

surely the cost of the postage would be relative to the weight of the itme i;E a bag of nuts and bolts would be far cheaper than a full mtec II kit.....so he cannot say that he sent the tech II kit even if he tried. i dont know about this situation, but i raised a dispute with paypal and they tend to favour the buyer...i got my money back in 3 days "item not as described"........give paypal a call, they are very good....otherwise if you paid by credit card, give your cc company a call, they can often help too...
good luck
good luck

Just saying that after it has been drawn to your attention if he was allowed to sell then their could be an element of moral liability. Your obviously on top of it limiting his pms.
Apologies for any confusion......
Andy, Cheers mate. Replied.

If Jules supplied information pointing out that, Carknobheadfred and Steve Taylor
aka Tony Doe are one and the same person, I personally am at a loss figuring out just why
that knowledge was,nt acted on.
Even without the Rip off factor, are not multi accounts banned anyway

Jesus what a A-hole
I feel for you guys, i recall that red tech II sport he was trying to shift on here as requiring a 'little tlc' - that pos ouzed dodgyness, i'd be wary about that 'mint' cab
Was the tech II kit from this red sport by any chance?
