The short answer is that there are no differences. The 'sport' was only a selection of pre ticked boxes on the options list, and these same boxes could have been ticked by a 325i purchaser.
The main differences in practice are a closer ratio gearbox and a limited slip differential. The sport should have mtech suspension, but plenty of 325i's were specified with this.
