Instrument Temp Reading Which Sensor/Sender

Hi guys,

do I need to change the m50b25 temp sensor on the engine block for the brown on from the m20.

or?

Yes dude you do.

Do they just swap over or do I have to drill and retap! ie take the intake off
its one of the sensors on the block near the front

the second one I believe.

is this correct!

Step 1. Remove Black sensor from M50 cylinder head

Step 2. Fit Brown sensor from an E30 into M50 cylinder head

Done
