has anyone got a diagram of how to wire the ews system for s50b32

The info added are in norwegian though. The RD/YL from pin 5 and the VI/WT fron pin 2 i soldered to the ignition switch. Did not want to have a permanent live on that one.
There is one thing missing here, and that is the VI/WT on the Main EWS module. That also needs to be soldered up with the main body plug. On E30 you go outside the plug. You will find a cable with the same color there, simply sold the together.

The GN on pin 4 from Main EWS module is going together with GN on pin 7 from the E36 main body plug.

It's not missing as such. It was intentionally left off the diagram.

When I did that drawing, I did it to show the absolute minimum requirement to get the EWS system powered up enough to get the engine running. That's assuming you have a matching set of EWS module, ECU and transponder chip.

The white/violet wire is a data signal from the diagnostic socket and is only required if you need to re-align the EWS system.
