You'll have to forgive the utter amateurness of this question - I'm appalling with anything relating to electronics, wires and radios!

My 325i has got an electric radio aerial but it's a bit bent. Is it easy to replace it with a non-electric one and if so, anyone know of a decent one? I've already been in Halfords but they've just got these studdy screw on things.
