Haha.Not cheap at all! Got a very good discount though from my e30 freindly dealer!
Resisted any temptation of performance stlye bolt on s etc as i want to keep the car standard.
Pretty much got everything now,just a few more bits im waiting on.

Plus car went in for MOT today and passed,with no adviserys,so im happy again! :D

It was a pleasant surprise when the head arrived with the guides and studs in place though. :)

what date stamp is on the head casting. I have a 2000 casting on mine and its the latest m20 casting i've seen.

New valves as well Barry. Basically everything on the top end will be brand new genuine parts.
It is amazing that you can still obtain stuff like this from a main dealers all these years on! :D Just wish black leather was as easy to get. :)

I hope your going to take some naughty pictures of that metal! Not sure why you haven't fitted an M52 but M20 parts that clean must be ultra rare!

i got that quote from parts auction had about £500 discount i think

the one i got a quote for was Rmfd short engine

I assume thats remanufactured then.
