sheared crank shaft damper ?

my crankshaft on my M20 sheared off at about 7000 rpm at bedford auto dromme the othe day- has this ever happenecd to anyone before? how much would another SH one cost pldease

The bolts sheared or the crank snapped?

no the rubber bonded front part has sheared off the rear part bolted to the crank
