18" on a touring ???

I picked up a set of brand new 18" by 7.5 not 8j like i said they where will an e30 touring pull it of or not, i only got them because they where cheap very cheap.

when i look at this i think it would be ok. this has 18x8.5

also later i would want a bigger brake system.

I rarely comment on cars but that looks f***ing stunning! Baz the Touring will pull it off mate, don't worry. :cool:

They do look good take it that you have got 5 studs on the car your butting them on, they would be great for bigger brakes

Orite have you got the kit to change from 4 to 5 stud, I would like to do a 5 stud to my touring, let me know how you get on, good luck

I have no plans on doing a 5 stud conversion i think its a waste of money that would rather but some where else.

There's black touring with 18" in one of my PBMW mags (around 2003)

Ill try & dig it out tomorrow, the car was on the front cover and iirc it was a turbo'd M20 pushing around 500hp

Is there a way to search back issue PBMW mags online?

baz, sell em and get a profit, i gotta friend who drove 200 miles before pulling them off because 18's just dont feel right, the drive the steering its all clunky and clumsy with 18's

those wheels are nice but id sell them on bud x

going a 5 stud gives you bigger brakes and a better choice of wheels
my 5 stud cost me £220
