Don't really want to do this but i think enough is enough.

Paid for a radiator back in January this year, 5 months on and still no radiator. Ok, i was on holiday for 1 month but still, it doesn't take 4 months to send a rad does it :?

Keep sending PM's and keep hearing the same old story, i will check for you, thought you had receieved it etc etc.

I have a tracking number for Interparcel who are supposed to be couriering me the rad but the link just says 'billing information received', this was on the 30th April :?

Getting sick, tired and fed up of being BS to :x

Thought I would update this.

Recieved the door cards after long last, nearly a year since payment was made. You would think they were being sent to another planet

However, not everything included, missing door handles and speaker covers so got to wait again, maybe i'll have the full set before 2012 :D

Come on, Imy, that's hardly the whole story. It's been a long long time, but we've been in constant contact and the deal has changed a number of times - and you got the door cards at a spectacularly good price because of the hassle you had had with the radiator. I have in the past paid more for a set of front cards alone than you paid for all four cards, pockets, handles and speaker covers. That's not to say you should be mucked about, but I think that it should be borne in mind that I'd have been far, far better giving you your radiator money back and selling the cards for proper money, but I tried to make amends for the fact that you were the victim when I was let down by another Zoner - you were even in contact with the guy who messed me about over your radiator. I've still never seen it, but that's not your issue it's mine. But I think it's only fair that you mention the good bits as well as the bad.

We also tried for a good while to meet up so that you could get them without taking the risk of courier damage. I had them with me one day, I phoned you and you weren't available.

When you told me that the bits were missing you said, ".....and I assumed they were included" or words to that effect. Did I say, as I easily could have (particularly as I've just had to source a set at well over £100 for another customer),

"No they weren't. I never said they were."?

No. I said,

"Sorry. They should have been included, let me look and see if I can find them for you."

Next I see is this. Cheers.

As it goes I do have the missing bits here and I'll get them out to you before the end if the week. Or just let me know and I'll refund your money and have them collected.

Let's see which of these two options you take up?

I'd have been in touch tonight anyway, but hey ho.

I didn't say anything bad or lie did I? :? Bare in mind that the original post was way back in May last year. I'm just updating incase anyone research's your 'past' on here as you know how it can be with buyers.

You have been in contact and i'm not denying that. You offered me the door cards at a good price, i'm not denying that.

I was at work when you phoned, was such short notice that I couldn't get time off work.

Well if you said 'No they were not included', then you would be lying to me as I have a PM from you saying that they would be included when you first offered them to me!

Don't be taking pity on me, remember it's not my fault that the radiator never arrived.

I appreciate the effort spent sourcing the missing parts and hopefully expect to recieve them soon.

Thanks
Imy

I've dealt with Boyd numerous times, and stuff always arrives on time, if unusual at times
