Can an iS owner be Dr. Goodbloke and tell me how many rubber hangers there are holding on the rear box? Mine is banging against the body, and offset to one side so I suspect there could be one missing, it's irritating and stressful and I'm running out of valiums.

Cheers,

Neil

Two big clamps holding the back box on on mine, plus some smaller O ring rubbers holding the pipe on near the fuel tank.

Geeman does yours have two metal straps holding it on too?

Edit : yours does actually look like this (unlike mine) :

When my standard one was on it had both of those straps.

Now has two arms welded to the back box instead and this just before the back box.

Had the same problem as you until i went back and powerflow fitted that arm. Mine was going to the right.

Yeah, I had two clamps on mine.

Got a whole rear exhaust section sat here with both clamps... if anyone wants one...

What sort is it Geeman? Did you remove it to make way for a performance exhaust or something?

It's just a standard exhaust. It's hardly had any use and is in really good condition. I removed it to put a stainless system on that was less restrictive as it's only used on the track (until I made it road legal and had some fun with it!)

Got pics if you want them...

Giles.

Might be interested in that... do you know what brand it is? Let me know how much you'd want for it as I'll be needing one eventually
