In court again,is it my luck with E30's

I was in court again today. In October this year I had a head on crash and it was not my fault but the police offered an advanced driving course for both parties due to road positioning. fair enough, but as in the mean time I had been banned from driving and was unable to attend the course due to the billing meet and been banned for drink driving. I have now received another 5 points and £400 fine.

Has anyone else had as bad luck as me with E30's

What about if it was on private property, away from the public, in the middle of a field, with no intention of going anywhere near a road?

I thought this time I would plead guilty as I could not attend the advanced driving course and get a duty solicitor. 10 minutes before going into court I was told driving without due care you cannot get a duty solicitor as I'm not able to get legal aid.
