Hi,
I have just bought a Philips BMW Business RDS radio/cassette for my 1992 325iC, I don't have a wiring diagram for the radio so am struggling to work out which pin does what!

Does anyone have or know where to find a wiring diagram/pin out for the Philips radio?

Cheers,
Darren.

Halfords should be able to supply you with a DIN plug that'll go straight in. Just take the headunit to the shop and they'll match it up for you...

yes the is a connector that you can buy it will convert to ISO plugs

i recommend cutting the plug and 6" of wires from an e34/e36 then solder it all in

but the bits you can buy from Halfords assume that you already have a connector coming out of the back of the radio, I have just been in there, there must be a short harness that connects from the radio into the loom, and that's the bit I am missing.

I can make something up myself but really need the pin out for the radio so if anyone has one already fitted (a Philips Business RDS radio/cassette) in any model I would be eternally grateful if they could whip it out (oooooo erhhhh) and jot down the connections for me.

Cheers,
Darren.
