Used some on my Zinnobarrot 320i yesterday and this morning I noticed nasty marks which are obviously from the spraygun used to dispense the product. I'm hoping it has just stripped the wax and can be restored by rewaxing.
Anyone with experience of this?
Has the Bug + Tar remover damaged my paintwork?

In my experience this type of product is only good for the bin along with t-cut and yellow sponges. They all do more harm than good to a car's paintwork. I suggest you try a good quality paint cleaner (I swear by Meguairs products) to try and remove the marks. Then apply some polish/wax for protection.

That 's a bold statement taylor, speaking as a detailer I use tar and glue removers all the time, provided they are used correctly they are very good product and you will find that pretty much all pro's use them, I personally use autosmart Tardis, however there are others available. without seeing the damage I would hazard a guess that it has stripped all the wax off, I would first off go over the area with some kind of paint cleaner then re apply your LSP.

For the record: The marks polished and waxed out, no problem.
