seen this on the prom' sat night about half eight, dark blue/black E30 cab with the top down and a foliccly chalenged guy driving

the driver had no hair, i think his daughter was in the back? also had a front passenger. didnt catch the reg, too busy looking at the rest of the car, looked tidy

mad one that, i was too driving down blackpool prom in a black e30 325i convertable,with the hood down, around that time,just finished work on my way home, but ive got hair and didnt have any passengers, plus u would of mentioned my music as i like it loud
