Does anybody know how to get the roof gutter trim off without putting kinks & bends in it????????????????

My touring came with the passenger side missing and I have got access to a new trim on another car. How do I get it off???????????????

Anyone?

remove the small bit with a flat screwdriver from the bottom, then insert the screwdriver in the gap between the car and the trim and twist.
very simple.

It starts comming off by pulling it off the A pillar, when its off the A pillar pull it forward an inch or so to pull it out of the rear clip that joins it to the other peice of trim, once free of this clip lift/twist the trim at the A pillar again until the trim unhooks from the gutter.

It can take a bit of effort to remove from the A pillar and the rear clip but don't force it when trying to lift/twist it from the gutter or it will break.
