need help asap as its mot day today at 3:30 when i turn to full lock either way there is a whining noise plus there is a light contsantly on on the dash see pic

There's lots of lights on in that picture!
The circle with the dots is the brake pad wear indicator, don't worry about it common fault. This light always comes on..... of course your pads may be worn too!
Check the PAS fluid level, top up if necessary
