My bumper has a few light scrates and scuffs, I've tried Meguiars metal polish but that didn't have any impact, is there anything a bit more abrasive that people can recommend.

DO NOT USE ANYTHING ABRASIVE ON IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You'll make it worse.

Autosol is the most abrasive I'd use and even then sparingly.

Those scratches will not come out. You are either in for new chrome or have yours rechromed.
