i had some hot tuning shocks on for about 5 months before they were shot, ive read alot about bilstein b8's but theyre a bit out my range new, so im looking for maybe some good second hand ones, or maybe you guys can recomend me something? just looking for front inserts, dont really want to spend over £200.

There are the black Bilstiens dont no what number they are but are good for people on a budget. In 51mm they are around £50 each.

i can stretch to more than that, are they like a standard replacement? im running 60mm lower springs aswell.

I have got some GAZ adjustable shocks.I have'nt fitted them yet so can't really comment on how they perform,but have heard good things about GAZ shocks.They are not too expensive either.

I think you are referring to the Bilstein B4s. I've got a full set to go on with a 40mm drop.
