The car really doesnt look right and cant see how this is a sport, It doesnt have sport seats and looks a little higher than Mtec suspension also it looks like brilliant red to me and i thought that was only available on later e30s. No front fogs either. Strange

if your mate knowingly sells a cut n shut then he may well be liable to be prosecuted.Artis wrote:thanks again johnono that all i wanted to know now i know the car is a cut and shut i can tell my mate who has it now to get rid
and shud i see this turd for sale anywhere i wil not hesitate to contact the relevant authorities.

open the bonnet and check if the vin number is present in the channel in front of windscreen then see if it matches the vin plate behind drivers headlight area
if its ringed they would have filled over the vin infront of screen and just rivited new vin plate on

ok they are either good with a welder or its genuine.
either way its a dodgy accident damaged car with new rear end and a tech2 kit fitted
orig 87 sport would have had the tech1 bodykit

No, I mean the exact same physical bumper.Artis wrote:yes i know that couse the kits are the same whats that got to do with the shell of the red one
Both bumpers have had the exhaust cutout enlarged for some reason, and the chances of two cars having exactly the same enlarged cutout is very slim.
Just looked like the same bumper to me.

yeah ian have to agree there also it looks like the red one is scratched and has white underneath also there is a gap to the left on both bumpers im not sure if thats normal but was just pointing it out
thats becouse i took the kit off the red one and put it on the grey one no one notice that the gray one is in frount of the red one with no kit on it and then it got a kit on it the same but in primer thats all i bought the sport for i wouldnt give it to my mate with the kit on it
