How much will it cost to get a wheel refurbed to a good standard with mild kerbing?

Around £30-35 depending on where you go and what final finish you want. The rim above looks like it's got a dent in it to me, could be buckled :?

You would have to take it to your local alloy wheel place and they would then tell you after they've had a good look at the wheel. Sometimes it's not fixable :(

No, I would prefer to have them done by a company unless you've undertaken work for other people on here?

Up here it was £45+VAT per rim for 15s a year ago.
I'll be looking at getting some 16s done sometime this year and I'm budgeting £60+VAT a rim for those.

They look like they would need welding and machining back (if you want powder coating). Also doing one wheel might look odd as the others would look duller. I use LM powder coating in Chesterfield. They bead blast and powder coat for £25. each.welding and machining I get done myself. prolly about another £50 each wheel. If you want a painted coating you could just use chemi metal to rebuild the damage. Try a local wheel repairer, should be about the same costs.

i've seen £35 wheel re furbs, they look good for about a year which is way less time than a car sits on a dealer forcourt

the wheels in th OP should have diamond cut lip, but with 12 months the lip can start to go milky and laquer lift.

the best diamond cut lip i've seen was done by a company called diamond styling. it was pukka 12 months ago and to this day it still looks great !
