I would say that is 1 to 2k to much but it does look mint and at that millage i would ony realy checkthe condition of the bushes/suspension
If it has been looked after the rest should be okay

With that milage it's just about time to need bushes etc and would have to be mint for that ££££ but got to be worth a look, can always offer less

for that money it would have to be absolutely mint in every way, with all the history and documents to back up the mileage.
properly mint ones are few and far between, and are still worth good money.

It is at the top of the scale, almost E46 M3 money, but it has a very low milage and looks very clean. Worth the money if its as good in the flesh IMO. Its one of the last production run cars, the same as mine, with only the numbers in the reg being different to mine R*** FAN
I am suprised it doesnt have heated seats or PDC though being a late car...
If the old MOT's and history confirm the milage then the condition of suspension bushes
make no difference, its a 13 year old car with 60K on it, a future investment if you can keep the miles off it.

i didnt know they did saloons as late as an r-reg
the car above is a bit of an odd one. yes it might be very good, and yes, it has a fairly low mileage compared to a lot, BUT, it's had a clutch change, i know of m3s with 100k+ on the original clutches. that suggests either hard driving, or lots of stop start, both of which are far tougher on the running gear than far more miles gentle cruising on the motorway.
plus, at the moment, at that mileage it might be worth that, but you wouldnt be able to use it that much. as soon as you started putting miles on it it would soon be just another 100k+ m3.

I am NOT insinuating that this is the car I about to mention, but there was an estoril car with a similar mileage that got both rear quarters bent didn't it. A friend of Paul(bmwmtech?) bent one when he was third party covered.
As I said, it is probably not the same one, but worth checking. Of course it would be ok even if it was as I think beardymat did the bodywork on it, and wouldn't be on V car.

My old estoril evo coupe was a '99 S reg so one of the very last and didn't have PDC or heated seats, both of these were options throughout production.tomson wrote:It is at the top of the scale, almost E46 M3 money, but it has a very low milage and looks very clean. As soon as I've recovered from my whiplash injury Jon
I'll be presenting the Individual M5 for an MOT, I had always planned on taking the M5 to Le Mans anyway.
