my e30 320i cab has been stood still for over a year and i'm just getting it ready for the summer...
it starts ok, but when i engage the clutch peddel it makes a horrible noise and wont let me put it into gear!!!!!
i have jacked it up on stands and removed the wheels and started it in gear the prop turns but the clutch still wont engage!!!
any idea's on how to free it??? or is it a new clutch??
thanks guys.........

check the clutch fluid may be low or full of bubbles

Its the cap by the battery fill it with brake fluid if its low

failing the above, unbolt the clutch slave cylinder and check the rubber seal around the piston as it may have perforated resulting in your clutch failure
