Suspension upgrade is next on the list, going to go 5 stud with E36 M3 stuff hopefully 8)

JBH - Not sure if any internals have been done, i've heard internals don't need to be touched upto 450bhp

I was a non believer but fair play. That's a fooking BIG lump.
It will be nice to see it in.

Rav what springs do you use up front? With the extra weight of the turbo, manifold etc will you need custom springs or uprated coilovers imy?

Should raise some pulses once fitted! :D

Like the console with the dials in :D - I want to do this but most of the ones you see seem to have the dials in a mounting plate rather than straight into the console - which IMO looks much better - wasn't sure if you'd have clearance issues at the back of the gauges ?

About time you pulled your finger out

Rav if you search for Toby_unna on here there is a massive thread on the construction of that manifold and whole turbo setup. He did a good write up on it.

Imys fair play mate, good to see you get into a proper project I take it you'll be using MS to control the beast.

Cheers lads :D :D :thumb:

I'm hoping to get some coilover's and a big brake kit fitted (i'll need it 8O ) once i get my 5 stud conversion parts together.

Project will be hopefully done in a couple of months, just going to tidy up the cab a bit and probably fit a Tech 2 kit (not sure yet though).

Rav - You can come down and have a look if you want mate, you got my number

I'll be using MS, i've got all the parts, hopefully it'll just be plug and play

if anyone wants to build a toby unna special exhaust manifold, let me know. i have the exhaust flanges in CAD format here, you'll need them to get a water/lazer cutter to knock them out for you.

I was witness to this kicking out just shy of 300bhp on the rollers when it was in Toby's bronzit turd but that was with throttle boddies as well.

Sounded good!

Should be fitted in about 4-5 weeks time, the guy fitting it is pretty busy at the moment. I hope to keep the legacy going

aceraf- Yeah Sehmbi should be fitting it, i've spoken to him and he said he'll do it for me. I went to see Ian Harrington to ask him but he's no longer got a unit in Friar Gate, place was getting demolished :? Need to find out where he's moved if he's still going.

First thing is to tidy the engine up a bit, give it and the parts a good clean and then polish/chrome any parts i can :bling: :D

I'll get it dyno'd once it's in to see what kind of power it's running.

Niiiiiceeeee   I'm not looking for mad power, anything between 300 and 400 would be nice enough :D

Yeah that's one of the main things i want to be done 100% correct no matter how much it costs me.

I've put it back together, gonna book it in for MOT probably end of this week and take it from there really. It could be going in the cab or something else...... who knows winkeye
