Any advice please on the wiring please - should it already be in the doors or does it need fitting? Can't find anything anywhere.

I'm just about to embark on this myself having almost finished my homemade pods. Although I very much doubt that there are already wires there, I'm going to use new wires anyway as surely it has to be better than using 20+ year old stuff.

It may depend on the model and age but all three of my 325's have had the wiring already fitted (by BM not previous owner)

wires will be allready there assuming its on your white 325i, wiring is allready fitted to facelift cars, the wires go down the loom behind speaker panel down to the floor where they end, you need to pull them out and fit a crossover to them
