Getting M52 exhaust manifolds modified

Hi guys, does anyone know where i can get my standard M52 exhaust manifolds modified to fit? Someone did previously send me a link to a thread where someone could do it but it seems to have been removed!

Always a home made affair as far as I know, so you either need to tap a mate up who has a mig welder or take the car some place where they will fab one up for you (but this is always a problem as the car can't be driven)

Tbh, it is the ONLY ball ache of the 24v swap.. And only if you are unable to weld yourself..
