Drivers door , door piller , whole sill, rear panel all bent.
oh no side windows left but the roof s ok and so am i..
the manifold i had fitted hit the steering donunt and locked in a left
turn which resulted in being stoped by a cement lamp post..
lucky body kit and wheels are unmarked.. and drives as should.
In need of drivers door (2 dr) pref in dimond black.if anyones got

this is not the end of this E30 might be a couple of months
before shes back on the road but no more than that .
dont ask me to post pics i feel sick looking at it at
the moment ..its only happened at 7..

glad to hear your ok mate....shame about how it happened...it wasn't even as if you were having fun at the time

not to worry, give you a chnce to start things from scratch..do all the things you wnated to do but couldn't because the car would be off the road too long

damn sorry to hear this, good ure alrite!!!

as its bent have u thought about reshelling it.... look around and u may find a mint shell.

thats a well sorted 2.5 u have there and it may be worth reshelling it with all ure goodies, but then again it may not be that bad

i almost sold my car today for an e30 m3 but couldnt go through with it LOL


hope ures gets ready asap and is ready for another play

not gona need a re shell i was going to do the rear quater any way
just got to do a little more than that now... but showed that theres no
RUST .

mark sorry to hear about your ding. I know whats its like waiting for an e30 to repaired.

Karan, the bodyshop who are doing mine are good. They just did a little repair work on my dads e39 and are quite reasonable.

At the moment, there are only cameras going towards Royston from Stevenage, not the other way..........

Which one was it cos there are three?

Really sorry to hear about this Zaust! Just as long as you are okay is the main thing. You are not so easy to replace.

its a setback but not the end of he world, could have been worse :cry:

good luck with the project bruvs. but the fault sounds like its the mechanics who fitted the manifold.

get proof of their negligence and see if it can aid a repair, no need to be greedy.

i have a very good body guy been using him 10 years + coz of all the
campers and minis i do with me dad. he is really good and prices 4 me
are very good. but he takes his time. i took eew down to him 2nite probably wont see it 4 a month though. so u can judge 4 ur self when u see it..
Dave it was after work on sunday evening so i had 1 more days fun in her

and every one else thanks 4 the concern on my health but i am fine
not even a scratch. feww. might c u all at lakeside M5 style.

blooddy hell you are lucky it was the back wing and pillar and not the drivers door as you would have been in the passenger seat after,, as i said on the phone at least you are ok and its only a non german [alfa] :)

Cut the whole rear quater out, it looks alot worse that it is. might be able to make lakeside after all..

new rear 1/4, new sill & door. and glass if i can find some.
got to do it properly. once the repair is done i will drive it hard
see if it's still up for it, if not get another and swap the bits around
and sell. :mad:
