i`v take the tint of my rear screen and now it left me with a sticky window :roll: can anyone tell me the best stuff to get it off with without damagaing the heated rear screen.

Desolv-it is the stuff I've always used on anything sticky, it's never damaged anything I've used it on but is pretty awesome at removing anything sticky. Smells kinda nice too :)

edit : Oh and always rub along the heating elements in a window, not across them... that's what my uncle told me.

Autsmart tardis is very good at this sort of thing, it's very smelly though, I beleive Valet Pro make a similar product that is not quite so pungent. You could also try meths, that might brake the stick stuff down.

Did the tint come off without damaging the heater lines?

the tint came of quite easy put just taken me 2 hour getting the sticky stuff off with Tar remover, came of quite easy with it aswell :cool:
