E36 1.8Ti Need Info

what dose the Ti stand for
what engine is in it -- M42B18
AND will it fin in to my E30
what do i need to fit it in to my e30
o its a E36 Compact

m42 b18 or m44 b19

yes it will go into an e30 but you need the e30's sump, inlet and few othe bolt ons. not 100% sure on what but not overly complicated

yeah the m40 sump will fit! There are also a few wiring changes and you really need e30 inlet manifold as well if your thinking of using an e30 loom for the engine, if not then some more wiring work!
